Indoor training facilities require full vaccination for ages 12+ starting September 22nd.

Welcome to the 2021-22 training season! Our goal is to train athletes properly in all sports by focusing on aquiring a new level of technique, form and skills. For more information on our program overview, click here. In addition, we are adding an introductory component to competition. The goal is that all athletes have the opportunity to participate in a competitive event at the end of the season to measure their progress. Racing and Event information is available in the main menu under the Racing Tab. Gold and Silver athletes are training to compete at the Caledon Kid’s of Steel triathlon in late May 2022 and a 5km run road race. Our programs run from September 2021 to May 2022.

*New Run Group Wednesday Afternoon with Coaches*

In the 2021-2022 we are introducing a 1x/week run for Silver and Gold athletes. Our goal is to teach our juniors proper running form, pacing, comfort and confidence. Along with the Caledon Kids Of Steel Triathlon race as the year end goal, we want our athletes to try a 5km road race. The run group will be Wednesday’s 6 – 6:45pm at the Spencer Smith Pond (the Rotary Centennial Pond) and we will run along the promenade to the Burlington Lift Bridge Pier. We will be running (no pun intended) September to December and March to May (severe weather days will be cancelled). Hope to see you there!

Athletes will need a swim suit (jammers for boys, and an one piece suit for girls), fins specific to competitive swimming, well fitted goggles and an small kickboard. For dryland and running, athletes will need running shoes, shorts and a tshirt (weather appropriate attire for running).

Refund Policy:  jTOEST does not provide refunds. With programs focused on quality, on learning, on athlete’s making significant progress, high athlete turnover rate would compromise coaching and the experience of all athletes. We ask that prior to registering that all commitments, calendars, etc… are reviewed to avoid joining when the risk is that the athlete will miss many sessions and/or the athlete will have to drop out. Once an athlete registers, they have a reserved spot in a lane for the entire duration of the program.
