Swim, Bike, Run & Dryland Training **

Welcome to the 2020-21 training season. Our goal is to train athletes properly in all sports by focusing on aquiring a new level of technique, form and skills. In addition, we are adding an introductory component to competition. The goal is that all athletes have the opportunity to participate in a competitive event at the end of the season to measure their progress. Event information is available under the ‘Training & Racing’ tab in the main menu under ‘Racing & Events’. All Gold level athletes are training to compete at the Caledon Kid’s of Steel triathlon in late May 2021.
Athletes will need a swim suit (jammers for boys, and an one piece suit for girls), fins specific to competitive swimming, and well fitted goggles; and for dryland (i.e. bike, run & strength training) athletes will need shoes with non-marking soles, shorts and a tshirt.

Refund Policy: jTOEST does not provide refunds. With programs focused on quality, on learning, on athlete’s making significant progress, high athlete turnover rate would compromise coaching and the experience of all athletes. We ask that prior to registering that all commitments, calendars, etc… are reviewed to avoid joining when the risk is that the athlete will miss many sessions and/or the athlete will have to drop out. Once an athlete registers, they have a reserved spot in a lane for the entire duration of the program.
